Does scrapebox need any decaptcher software? such as decaptcha to work successfully? I'm thinking about investing in this awesome software but just adding up the costs before i purchase such as a VPS proxies and scrapebox itself.

It will work with decaptcher accounts, but it doesn't need it. Generally if a blog puts a captcha on it, its due to spam issues in the first place, so its hard to get moderated blogs that have captchas to approve your comments. Should you find auto approve blogs that have captchas, then of course this wouldn't be the case.

Generally speaking, I think RSS caps at like 1000 urls, but I can't remember. So I would break them into 1K chunks.
As for lists of urls to send the rss pings too, the one that comes with scrapebox works great. Some of the urls in there actually wind up uploaded the data directly into googles crawl data base (more or less) and there is plenty there for all the engines to find you.
Because of this, I have never pursued trying to find a bigger list.
Well the files are a feed, and they won't work as a sitemap, while both Xml, they are structured differently. However I haven't tried throwing them into google webmaster tools, but I would think that would be like robbing a bank thats across the street from a police station. My 2 cents.

Can you tell me what the benefit of doing the rss submit is please?

You do the RSS submit so the links you created on blogs get indexed by google. I never used to do it and google would only find my links as fast as blogs died out and the links disappeared. You gotta do rss submit or some other method to get the links cached if you want the link juice.
Now to speed things up I run three instances of SB at 25 connections each. One posting to a list. One posting to the failed list and then the third one rss pinging the links. Buiding massive amounts of links.. I skip the link checker process and just ping whatever was posted. If my links are there great if not.. scorched earth posting move on to the next village of blogs and try to burn that down too..
The RSS ping also works to get Xrumer profile links indexed

If its been over 12 hours, then you probably did not submit the correct information. I just transferred a license and it went thru in a few hours, I have never even had it take the full 12 that is listed on their website. Have a look at this video:

I transferred this month, so sweetfunny won't let me move it again this month. I could understand this rule if this was a free product. So after I buy it, she starts throwing restrictions down. That's like after buying a new car, the manufacturer says you can only gas it up once a month.
Anyways, I just used scrapebox on a dedi for the past 6 months but it was expensive and junk. So I just bought a new dedi, and started using it. The hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall scrapebox. So now I just paid 1 month of dedi and that $100 or whatever I paid is going to waste this month. unless sweetfunny approves me.
Anyways, I just used scrapebox on a dedi for the past 6 months but it was expensive and junk. So I just bought a new dedi, and started using it. The hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall scrapebox. So now I just paid 1 month of dedi and that $100 or whatever I paid is going to waste this month.

Its actually not like the manufacture saying you can only gas it up once per month. When you buy a car you pay for the car, then you have to pay for gas every time you gas up. Its actually like the manufacture saying that you can only gas up 1 time per month for free.
You can transfer your license more then 1 timer per month, you just have to pay a $10 fee.
You wouldn't even get 1 free gas up per month from your car manufacturer, but you do get 1 free license transfer from scrapebox. Further more when a new car line comes out or a new feature, if you want it you are going to have to pay for it to be added, or buy a whole new car. With scrapebox you get lifetime updates.
Next every time you need help fixing your car or repairs you are going to have to pay. With scrapebox support is also free.
Next you would have had to pay a fair market value for your car, but with scrapebox you are getting a program that I can generate as many, if not more quality links as my Xrumer and I didn't pay $600 for it, no scrapebox is only $57.
FURTHERMORE if you go to scrapebox.com, where you originally purchased it, and scroll down to the bottom of the page there is a link to Policy, which is public and you could have/should have read before purchasing. It clearly states under licensing about transfers and how many is permitted per month.
So basically its not like slapping down rules afterward, its like massively over-delivering and providing all info upfront. Its not their fault you either failed to ask/read the policy or were too lazy too. Not even to mention you paid for an overpriced dedicated server for 6 months before you realized it was junk, when you have spent that much many anyway, worst case just buy a 2nd license, its only $45 if you contact the developer and ask nicely.
So, that said I am sure if you use the contact form on their site, and explain what happened and ask if you could pay the $10 fee and get it transferred after your hard drive failure, I am sure they would accommodate you.

The manufacturer still doesn't pay the gas... It's just a restriction. Meh whatever, I didn't know you can pay a $10 fee.

If his dedi just replaced the HD wouldn`t just downloading Scrapebox again and trying to activate it work?
In my experience SB customer support is great.. seems like you are bing kind of a jerk about this..
If you had read this thread before buying it or even all posts by sweetfunny you would have known all of this..

No, there are multiple theft protections in scrapebox and one includes it "bonding" to the actual OS install, not just the physical hardware. So it does take a license transfer.
