Attention, important news from Dolphin autofill!

️We received feedback from our clients that Facebook has started actively rejecting ads
and introduced a new form for appeal of rejections.

We resolved this issue by finding a workaround. Both server and cloud autofills can submit apills,
and this works both automatically and manually.

Other autofills are still looking for a solution to the problem, while some continue to struggle with the forms. ‍

Important news has arrived

Are you already in the know about Facebook updates for the New Year?
You can relax: we've taken care of everything. Let's start step by step

Starting from January 1, 2024, Facebook completely abandons the goal called «Conversions»
and completely switches advertising for this purpose on all ADS Manager advertising accounts to the
«Sales» and «Leads» goals, we made a change in Dolphin Cloud

And now to the main point:

The old goal in Dolphin Cloud called «Conversions» is called «Leads».
The old goal in Dolphin Cloud called «Conversions (target views)» is called «Sales»
Added the «Multi-advertiser ADS» switch for these purposes. I
t turns on/off the corresponding checkbox like in ADS Manager, now you can adjust it.
Added optimization of creatives for these purposes. When uploading, we will do this «under the hood»,
but on FB you will see in editing the ad for these purposes that your creo is «Full optimized»
Updated pixel events for these purposes in accordance with the FB update
Updated calls to action for these goals and for the Traffic, App Install, Reach, and Engagement goals.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you had a link on «Conversions» with the «Purchase» pixel event, please check them.
The «Purchase» pixel event only works for the «Sales» goal, you need to change the goal from «Leads» to «Sales»
in the link, and then select the «Purchase» pixel event. Then everything will work out fine on FB.
Please consider this information carefully.

Well, it's about time

Let's start with a small request, and let's welcome
the new release in the new year - with fire?

By the way, January 29th begins some sort of Waning Moon Bliss period.
Allegedly on this day the universe opens new horizons and possibilities.

What a coincidence, hold the new possibilities

If all FPs are banned and the new social is without FPs,
dolphin will take care and create a new FP in the background when uploading.

Bugfixes:

Fields are not shown in the ad preview.
The list of ad accounts disappears if some filter was previously selected at the «Accounts» level.
The text, title, and description are not transmitted if we upload it through the «Accounts» tab.
Extra Deeplink field for all purposes except «Application Installation».
Minor fixes for the purposes of «Sales» and «Leads».

And another thing!
We see questions about accounts being logged out. So far, this problem is in the process of being resolved,
the first iterations of fixes have already been completed within the Dolphin Cloud,
we will also implement them on the server version, but a little later.
We notice that there are such problems in the car bay even without a factory,
so we are monitoring the situation and will definitely find a solution!

So to speak, on today's release Monday, we're throwing in a portion of interesting updates.

Added easter bars in the menu to join our chatroom
Prepared for release changes to the tariff grid (we'll make a detailed post soon).
Changed the logic of comment processing,
now even more comments can be processed for hiding or deleting.

Bugfix:

When duplicating adsets, now adset is duplicated together with creative.
Fixed the problem that after pouring through Dolphin Cloud, it was not possible to duplicate adset
both manually and inside the multitool.
When pouring adset macros in URL parameters worked although they should not.
Now this problem is gone, it works with exactly the same logic as in FB.
Fixed the problem with synchronization after transferring offices to private or BM.
Fixed a problem with / at the end of a diplink.
Adapted some interface elements for the mobile version of Dolphin Cloud.
