Service Information

• The account was delivered to me as advertised.
• The seller tried to deliver via RDP, but I could not use this due to authentication errors. The seller then provided me with a portable FireFox app download to access the accounts with instead.
• I did not receive any guidelines or support relating to the account during the review, however this is something the seller should usually provide customers according to their sales copy.
• The seller was difficult to work with throughout the review.
