I Scrape followers data essentially. Not by hashtag. If you want to Scrape by hashtag, I will first scrape users who have posted in a certain hashtag, then scrape their email address visible in their bio.

Yes. I will need to filter through millions of accounts. Alternatively, you can order ready scraped email data including all fields in excel based on states in the USA all gathered from LinkedIn. I have close to a billion of LinkedIn data [importantly including emails, names, location, phone]. Useful for place targeting, very fast to scape and deliver.

While IG is useful for interest targeting but slow to scrape and deliver.

To match the exact/equal number of emails with the number of followers scraped, I have to spend more time on monitoring email filtering process which will help to fetch only followers who has email address in their bio and skip followers who do not.

If I cannot reach/fulfill the number of email entries from a followerbase as per your double fee, then you will have to give me another username from whose followers I will continue the followers-emails filtering process until I reach your desired number of email entries.
