The price is for the account, you need to load the money to the Card, once threshold hit will be charged, you run on the credit line of facebook.

Not to throw dirt, but Mr Jack used to be my partner about 2-3 years ago.
We stopped doing business because he would constantly steal money from the clients thinking they wouldn't notice.
Maybe he changed his ways but I am just pointing these facts as a warning.

To rectify my message, it seems Mr. Jack is not actually my ex-partner, this misunderstanding was due to a contact of mine talking with another Mr Jack which claimed to the this person, it seems this name is sadly a bit generic.
I have not tried his accounts so I can not speak for their quality or his experience, but at least rest assured this is not the person that used to steal money from clients.
Sorry if this has caused any issues to the seller. It took me some days to confirm this information as I was getting information from many sources and it was hard to track exactly what was accurate as I did not want to misinform.

That you can run successfully blackhat, and accounts are aged means accounts are not farmed are from real people, daily activity, and the ads manager are clean without any warmup...

So in that way i give you clean the account with / without Payment Solution ready to start the warmup

I got one account from Mr.Jack, since the very first moment he was very attent to what I needed and very good guide throught the process. Accounts are aged and ready to go. As soon as I saw my first account running I bought another one from him. Everything perfect and fast response almost always online and willing to help.

I have plenty of great things to say about these accounts but will keep my post brief.

In a period of ~2 weeks I went from buying just one account, to then buying 3 accounts, and then buying a pack of 10 accounts. Mr Jack delivered all of them faster than I expected, fully ready to go with proxies/CCs/etc, and for an incredibly reasonable price for every account. He was also willing to accommodate my setup and work around different naming conventions to help us organize everything.

By far one of the best providers I've worked with. He's also incredible responsive and super fast getting back to me about anything. These accounts also are real rentals from real people, a breath of fresh air amongst a sea of crappy providers who claim to offer "rentals". Mr Jacks rentals are the real deal. And unless you're running your own internal rentals I'd defy you to find a cheaper solution with this quality of fast & responsive support.

Start with just 1 account. You'll likely be pretty darn pleased and ready to pick up many more. Note I was NOT given any free accounts or incentives to post this review. I'm just someone who's used this service and who's pretty pleased with the quality so far, hoping to help others looking for a trustworthy account solution.
