Hey, I cannot PM you. I sent a support email yesterday from your site, I don't know which would get better visibility. I still cannot log in, nor can I get the reset password. I have a lifetime account.

Even if you all can login in, you will find nothing but dead Plugins that hasnt been updated for months. Latest version of elementor is 3.23, that's like 1 year old... Where are the promised 20k items uploaded weeks ago? This is still unusable. The festingervault plugin doesn't work anymore, the Whitelabel feature is gone, no relevant Plugins or themes are downloadable. What was the "new platform" even for when it all got worse?

As we speak, now the login that worked today also doesn't work anymore seems like a big joke to me and all paying users that were patient and waited for so long now to get nothing but lied in the face and none working stuff.

Im backing off going with another solution.

On the browser where I'm already logged in, the download buttons don't work. I can view the plugins, but nothing happens when clicking the download buttons.
On new browsers, I can't even log in. It keeps saying "Email or password is not correct.".
