You can do it already. You will use CUSTOM SEARCH. Basically you can perform any search you can think of. I would recommend to watch the custom search video that explains it all

To comment on images of a profiles followers.
Custom search:
input profile url
Steps:
FOLLOWERS
RECENT IMAGES(n)
where(n) is the number of recent medias to comment on, you can comment on most recent (1) or the (3) most recent etc
similar for followings, just change the FOLLOWERS step to FOLLOWINGS
At this time it is Windows only.
In order to run it on a Mac, you will need to use a VM such as Parallels / VMWare / virtual box etc
Another option is to rent a VPS web server in which you can run the program 24x7. A VPS is a remote machine you access and control via remote desktop, VNC
I recommend hostwinds.com (and use myself)
You would want at least the 1gb memory option for minimal use. 2gb+ for heavier use

New update went out last night that users are reporting seems to have improved the issue they were having with blocks. Is early testing as of right now, but initial reports seem positive users that were unable to follow / like now blasting through 100 likes / follows without issue.
