I'm a little late, but needed to drop an honest review of this service. I ordered two articles which were rewrites-1 authority content in tax niche, 4500 words, 2 authoritative content in health niche, about 4500 words.
Tax content was delivered on time and very well done. 2nd article was a bit delayed and quality was not quite the same. The article suffered a bit in readability compared to the first. I let Gene know this and he PROMPTLY issued a refund. This was cool, but not what I wanted. I knew he could deliver and suggested he do a revision. After one week, Gene delivered a rewrite which fully addressed readability AND increased word count to 7000 words!!!
Gene takes customer satisfaction and service very seriously. I'm sure any issues are because of service growth due to the quality he delivers.
