Payment gateway service for my supplements store as a long-term solution

Hello brothers,

Just wanted to give a quick update to my previous post, where I was finding a long-term solution for receiving payments in my online supplement business.

Thanks to you guys, I found someone reputable who helped solved my issue, by providing a solid end to end payment gateway service. Though it may not be right now counted as long-term since my issue only started few weeks back, I genuinely believe this will be a long-term solution.

Been getting paid out every 2 days, and it has been very reliable.. But most of all, my business conversion actually went up?! Which is great!

However, naturally I still get charge backs, but the service actually helps to give me strategic solutions in keeping it low..

Reason why I am writing this is that I would like to really just share my appreciation for the help that I have received from you brothers!

Nice story, good to hear how you succeeded And yes chargebacks will always happen. Good thing to refund money if:
1. The chargeback's amount in question doesn't really effect you too much
2. The payment method doesn't allow your product in general.

Hey brother, thanks for the kind words and helpful advices.

I implemented a live chat in my online store as well, to really get to customers immediately if they have any concerns or issues.
This way, I manage to decrease chargebacks way more.
