Outsourcing Methods?

I'm trying to turn $2,000 into $4,000 in a month using outsourcing. I have considered outsourcing blackhat methods, but have realized that the methods may be too complicated for most out of the country outsourcing companies.

What are your favorite white hat outsourcing ideas/thoughts?

All input is appreciated!! P.S. It's my birthday tomorrow, i'm turning 20. So before you say "READ THE FORUMS. TAKE ACTION!" Please just leave a good genre or hint. Trying to really make things happen with IM before I turn 21, I'll document it all here.

If you're planning to outsource with someone freshly new, I'd use these tools: Jing for videos, a screenshot taker there are a bunch you can use, and notepad for written instructions, time doctor for monitoring their activities, Dropbox for shared documents, GDocs for reports on what was done when.

I'm actually looking into the same thing, outsourcing whitehat stuff. What I'm doing is buying a microniche site startup service, and looking for high rep service providers on this forum for the backlinking and content creation. If you have good workers that already are experienced with what you want to do, then you don't need to train them as much.

I think $2k could turn into a decent sized micro niche site, and make a passive income over time. $2k into $4k, I think it'd be better to come up with a specific method and plan to make money instead of a vague "use whitehat services"
