We currently have dedicated server in Netherlands.
We want to deploy some new servers with good links to, or preferably in, the following countries:
United States
China
India
Australia
Singapore
Japan
Europe (Not Netherlands)
We run site which does not break DMCA or any major internationally recognized internet-based laws; but receives a lot of false DMCA claims.
Therefore, we need a host which does not 'give in'. A host which will not take us down at the 'drop of a hat', a host that will not take us down if they get threatened with DMCA or lawsuit. This does not mean we need host that allows warez etc.. mainly because such hosts often have poor networks on blacklists. We do not need DMCA ignore, but we want a host that is known not to take people down at, as I said above, 'the drop of a hat.
We are NOT looking for the cheapest option with unlimited bandwidth etc... A good relationship with the host is essential for us and 100% uptime & reliability a must.
We are looking for somebody who respects our privacy, and alike our current host has good service & can deal with us specifically, eg: our current host sets up holding company just for our servers.
To summarize: We want hosts that are reliable & trusted & known to care for clients and not take down sites for DMCA. We want reliability & privacy, a host that cares for our custom. With a fast network for our servers in the above countries, or atleast connecting to those countries.
