Need help regarding CDN? How to use for Best results?

Hello Guys,

NEED HELP ABOUT CDN CONFIGURATION

I'm here to ask a question regarding CDN setup. Maybe the problem is about pretty much basic knowledge.
But, this is my first time using a CDN service from Cloudinary. So I'm a little bit confused about some options.

MY QUESTIONS ARE:

• Do I need to keep the free Jetpack site acceleration service activated or not?
• Is Image optimization plugin like Sumsh pro or Shortpixel is still needed to be used or not?
• WP Rocket is activated on all sites, Do it need any re-configuration or not?
• Images are now uploaded to Cloudinary, so do I need to keep the images on my hosting?

Previously, I used Shortpixel to my main sites and Smush pro for the lesser important site as image compression, lazyload, and optimization tool.
But all the sites are now added on the CDN, and when using Chrome Developer tools, I noticed that the image link which is changed to the CDN link has a tag referring Lazyload and that has added fuel to the flame of my confusion.

Current Issue

• Gtmetrix showing scaled image error after adding the CDN.
• Page speed and loading time increased

Note

• Cloudflare CDN service is also added. And, Not yet disabled.
• Cloudinary Plus plan is activated and the official plugin is added.
• All Hosting plans are from Namecheap. (1 site is on NameCheap migrated hosting plan 'EasyWP Turbo' others are on Stellar Business plan)
• Only Jetpack site acceccleation was used till now. never used Jetpack lazyload.

Anyone can share your thoughts as sharing is caring and also expecting expert suggestion too.
