IG requires private/non shard proxies unless you want to be banned. I would suggest investing in a private proxy that is exclusively used by you.

I'd say buy proxies. Just make sure you fill up the "What will you use it for" form correctly.

Uhm, create an account, go to services and click on the order button. Choose the billing cycle, location, auth ips ( this can be changed later) and fill in the ''Proxies will be used for'' text box. The only warning I get is the ''used for '' for warning to just fill it in. Is this what you are referring to? If so, just fill it with ''Followliker'' and order.

Did you try cyber-gateway proxy?
