Need advice for eCommerce On page optimization

I have a category products page than i need to optimize.
Brand name CalExotics and for the same brand i have other 2 keywords as well: California Exotic Novelties / California Exotics.
I made seo link page: CalExotics-California-Exotic-Novelties, in order to go for both keywords optimization.
Category has over 250 products and there are displayed as default 15 in the first page.
I just created this page for this brand, there is no content.
I analysed with Website Auditor form link-assistant and it seems that for better optimization i should have:
1. California Exotic Novelties
1 H1 Title
4 H2 Title
14 body usage
1 italic, 1 bold

2. CalExotics

1 H1 Title
13 H2 Title
15 body usage
1 italic,1 bold

Questions:
Should i go just for 1 keywords optimization or both (3rd keyword has very low competition and easy to optimize)

Second question:
Its clear that i can't have a long content for those no. of keywords so i would go for a 3k words and after that there are 2 possibilities:

1. make content for every product and optimize

2. make 2,3 blog articles, optimize and link to category page.

Its clear that at some point i need unique and branded content but i don't afford at this point and i don't know if anybody wold be interested just to make a "template" and make myself the content for every product.

What would you do?

Go for blog articles linking to category page
or
Go for the product page optimization?

Any advice is welcomed.
