My keywords ranking shows question marks

These keywords of my website were ranked when I searched on semrush before, but now the search shows question marks and the ranking of the entire website has dropped drastically. What happened? Is it related to Google’s update?

Your results are most likely appearing in PAA section and if you got a drop in traffic, then you are hit by the September update.

Wait for some more time & decide. Also, this kind of issues will happen when you add backlinks or update your website. Mostly they will recover soon.
