Most lucrative country CPM

As the title says, i wish to know the country that has the highest paying rates for impressions and clicks !

Because from my understanding those values changes depending the country and the type of the app ?

Does anybody have any clues ?

US, UK and Switzerland and Netherland. These countries generally got high cpm rates.
