The followers count is growing slowly in my boards. Now I have 6 followers in my profile. I am not in a hurry, I will slowly grow my account so that one day I will have a great profile. Currently I have 20+ boards with more than 50 pins in each board.

Hi there,
there is the "Following exchange" method to grow your followers base, but I think it's to be used w/ moderation. but how targeted would they be? this is the question.
Good luck with what you are up to.
PS: I'm not experimented w/ pinterest, but it is on my list to give it a go.
Hopefully a Pinterest-familiar comments on how effective is this tactic.

I can't tell if you are sarcastic or really genuine.
Just reverse engineer the earnings a little. At $2 per RPM, to hit $500 daily means you need 250,000 traffic per day. Is that even feasible?

$2 RPM is on the low side, I think, especially considering most traffic is going to be Tier 1 traffic from the US.
If you spread it out over 10 blogs, that's 25,000 impressions a day per blog. If you double the RPM to $4, it's 12,500 impressions a day for each blog, which I think is do-able.
The guy who says he made €300 within an hour is talking out the poopenschaft.
Of course I was being sarcastic. First, RPM depends on what network you’re using, but $2 is very small even on Adsense. Pinterest is mostly Tier 1 traffic - think San Francisco, not Mumbai. Also, it depends on your niche. You’ll likely not believe this, but I have personally had RPM of $50+ with some Adsense niches, and am engaged in one right now getting above $30. If you get $2 RPM with Tier 1 traffic, you’re doing it wrong.
Further, RPM can go even higher with targeted CPA offers. I have one offer I’m promoting on there that is averaging a little over 10 cents per visitor to my lander. It’s in a relatively small volume niche and is a high payout offer, but that’s over $100 RPM.
So can you make more than $500/day with this (or any other) free traffic source? Of course you can. It just takes some ingenuity and good niche selection. Telling people that they can’t, simply because you don’t think it’s possible and haven’t tried, is an absurd thing to do.

Do you have any idea how to get accepted to groupboards easily? I've been out a ton of message to over hundred of group boards but only 9 of them accepted me. Would having a blog increase the chance of them accepting me?
