Mass Planner: Proxy IP question.

Hi!

so, i'm currently using 1:1 (instagram account : proxy IP). However, some IPs have similar prefixes.

Does anyone know if Instagram for patterns over some IP range? For example see the same 2 ips below (which I have modified up of course).

111.222.7.206:1000
111.222.20.51:1000

666.777.9.20:1020
666.777.9.91:1020

Any help or advice is much appreciated.

PS: any affordable place to buy multiple quality IPs?

Sup Really i don't know much about the proxys range and what it's haha.. but i have a couple of IG account on Massplaner with Mutiple citys in USA with any kind of problems, i've been using Blazing proxys or find a good provider on the marketplace.
