Looking for some one to build a web request YOUTUBE mass share/send message bot

Hi,

I am willing to pay someone to build a web request (not api) YOUTUBE share/send message bot. The bot would the do just the following:

- Account Checker
- Bind working accounts with Proxies (IDWROXIES)
- Scrape IDs from the comment section a video or IDs from a channel. Or I can upload a list.
- Share a video with the accounts to the IDS scraped/upload.
- It will rotate account after one share and remove the ids from the list. It will continue to rotate the account until the IDs run out.
- It should rotate account if that account hit a limit.
- There should a time delay where we can set to share between each share.
