[Journey] to $50/day with Amazon + WordPress + Blogger + Pinterest

Hello, my journey starts with the American dream. Everyone wants to make it big but for the most part only those who put in the hard work and take action will be successful. Many people want to sit around and do nothing while still making big money, the problem is if you're not multi-tasking while you're relaxing... and constantly building, success will probably not be found. You can outsource your work, you can bot it or macro it, as long as it gets done.

My current niche blog situation is as follows:

Blogger: 3 blogs (no custom domains yet)

I'm still trying to figure out AdSense for my Blogger blogs, I think I need to resubmit the AdSense application when I think their ready. Honestly I think it's a touchy subject and they are strict so I'm going to go easy on resubmitting until I'm ready.

Blog 1: 26 posts (eCommerce)
Blog 2: 13 posts (organic traffic)
Blog 3: 11 posts (high comp)

WordPress: 3 blogs (no custom domains yet)

Blog 1: 10 posts
boosting links/SEO
low comp

Blog 2: 6 posts
medium comp

Blog 3: 1 post
in construction

Pinterest:

2 accounts:

Account #1: 189 pins/545 followers (35% follow back rate/heavy linking)
Account #2: 150 pins/858 followers (50% follow back rate/light linking)

Total pins: 339
Total Followers: 1,403

Plan: Build more Pinterest accounts with healzer's method (can't link), the problem is I don't know how to really use proxies or where to get them, perhaps someone could give me some advice on that or where to find it? I need proxies that are long lasting. Also I will constantly keep updating my niche blogs and creating new ones.

I have been currently using the iMacro script for AddMeFast (thanks to Rushing Wind: can't post link but you can use the search bar and type AddMeFast to find his iMacro thread) to boost social signals to my niche blogs (I think the traffic, i.e views, are only good for numbers).

The reason I think AMF can be actually valuable is that when someone from AMF shares or retweets something of yours, I would say 50%-75% are spam/dead/without a face profiles but some I think are real people who use AMF (or at least semi-real, i.e: personal/business related profiles), but when they share and retweet, their followers are real. Not to mention numbers for ranking for keywords on social networks.

My overall plan is to just keep building, backlinking, signaling, pinging, and improve my on-page and off-page SEO and building more Pinterest accounts, once I figure out how.
I have also created a Facebook page to promote traffic which currently has 214 likes.

So to recap: organic views/social signals -> niche blogs -> Amazon

I can't promise that this Journey will be update constantly but I will try to update it when I can (perhaps weekly). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you! I'll be sure to update it as much as I can.

Tonight I spent a couple hours creating backlinks manually for my most active niche blog (I created these by scraping with Simple Google Scraper with anon public proxies and then manually blog commenting). I'm currently thinking about what's the best thing to invest in, backlinking services are high on my interest list right now.

PBN is the way to go. It costs a bit but it is definitely worth it.

Can you clarify something about PBN's for me.. Do you need to build a new PBN for each niche using niche keywords and articles or do you run one PBN and promote various different niches? I understand the concept of ranking with backlinks, but I've always wondered about the whole multiple niches/multiple PBN's.

Def. Following this one, looks very much like what I am hoping to achieve!

I was about to start a new project with amazon and Pinterest as well but I decided to wait since my 2 years old main Pinterest account was banned a week ago for using Pinbot. I used that account for another blog of mine with Adsense and the funny thing is I was doing the same thing with Pinbot that I was doing manually and yet I got my account banned anyways.

So now I am working in a new authority account which I am only going to work manually and then create new accounts for the bot to repin and like my authority account.

I think slow and steady wins the race with pinterest. The less pins you pin and the less links you post the less likely you will be to not get banned. Also if you have multiple accounts make sure your proxies are the same for every account and keep a good record.

[Journey Update]

I have just received an email from Amazon Associates warning me that I am halfway past the 180 day point with no sales (90 days/because I have been building my sites before I do big SEO and advertising) so I really need to kick this journey into overdrive. I have added a few posts to my most active niche blog and have been thinking about long term goals.

[Journey Update]

Well I've been quiet the last couple of days and I guess... I messed up somewhere along the lines. I was waiting to get hosting and domain names and I should have never started any campaign if I was still building because my WordPress account is gone. Suspended . I had been working hard on updating my main site and had almost 15 articles, unique. I managed to save all my articles before my account is gone, I'm just in shock I guess. I sent them an email and am waiting for a reply. I think it was because I commented on other WordPress articles with my link... on my account, I know stupid if that's the case. I feel defeated and am not throwing in the towel but I think I may have to switch tactics a whole lot. I had - up until this point been trying to go all out whitehat. I know commenting can be looked at as spam but I was trying to spread the word... create a few backlinks. I feel like an idiot, tbh.

I failed, basically, and I know you need to fail a few times before you succeed but gosh I'm unsure where to go from here.

[Journey Update]

I'm looking for some help or advice. If you can read my post above I was banned from my WordPress account for whatever reason (never got a reply) and now I just got an email from Amazon saying I made my first $100+ sale from Amazon. The troubling thing is the site is still up? All of my WordPress blogs (hosted on WordPress only) are still up and running and apparently all of my affiliate links are working fine. My question is: I was going to make a new site with hosting and a custom domain but all of my articles are still hosted on the WordPress blog that I can't access... What should I do? If I post my articles to my new website they're already found online?

Thank you! You should, although I think Amazon + Website is better in the long run, which is what I'm focusing on right now.

This thread should really be renamed: Re: [Journey] to $50/day with Amazon + Website, because that is where I am right now. I am, as of right now, scrapping WordPress and Blogger from my current plan, Pinterest is on the back burner.

What have I been doing?

Bought a domain + hosting (brand new keyword/low comp/700-1,000+ monthly searches).
I'm building my site up right now. Putting things in their place, writing articles, doing on page SEO for when I'm ready for launch.
My plan right now is to get at least 12 articles on the website before I launch it officially and start backlinking for real. I'm so happy to have my own hosting and domain name and not have to worry about being banned. My current hosting is with GoDaddy (no WordPress), I know, 'No WordPress?' You're probably thinking, well not yet at least.

The niche I chose is evergreen (that's all I will say about it) and has comp but not so much that I can't rank #1 if I try.

I'm hoping to get to at least $20.00/day by the end of the year with this website.

Good question. I highly recommend you take a look at Healzer's thread. As I said I'm putting Pinterest on the back burner but I did discover a nice free VPN service, by TPB (The Pirate Bay). The free VPN service is called: FrootVPN (can't post link but if you add a .com you should find it). This could help getting started with multiple Pinterest accounts.

But, I would say to start 3 Pinterest accounts on your own IP first and build these up to 1,000-10,000 followers a piece (imo the # of pins isn't too important).
