You just need to create quality content (10-15 unique articles, manually written if possible), appropriate web design, ay must have Contact Us, About,Privacy Policy and Terms And Conditions pages. PP and TAC can be auto generated while contact us and about page must be written manually and be authentic, if possible put some personal info. That's pretty much it. Good luck!

Well i just got approved and in my case my domain was 3 months old only and had 30 articles.
