Not "technically" allowed but is permitted by most AMs so long as "something" is provided (should be closely familiar to what you're giving away). For example, let's say you're promoting a resource hack but the user only gets to download a 10-page guide about the game - typically, this will be accepted.

Just do what everyone else dose and buy\download someones ebook and rehash the rehash and there you go, wallah! You can find a tone of thous on WF Asif WILSON Khan just gave away a huge download somewhere in here. As far as illegal??? idk maybe but its one of thous things like smoking in a bar in the US who is going to stop you. At least with the download below you are actually giving something away.
