Instagram registration bot - which language?

Hello,
I am trying to make an instagram bot. The problem is that I don't know where to start. I tried making a register bot which registers on the website but instagram blocks registration after 3 - 4 users. I did this with chrome selenium webdriver in C#. I heard that it is better to do it in android. I have Java knowledge but I don't know how to start, should I use something like bluestacks and AutoIT with it? Or should I do something else. Help would be really appreciated.

You've to use proxies, and my advice.

Do not register more than 1 account on a IP on the same day, it gets flag really easy.

Instagram is real sensitive with their registration.
