you can harvest url from scrapebox keyword and grab picture from harvested url .not sure my answer would help your concern or not

Not free (ScrapeBox, this addon comes free with your regular license), but well worth the investment

You can actually hire a programmer to do this for you and even add many more functions, that is if you are planning on scrapping for a long term project.

use FoxySpider its the best and easy to use can be used to scrape Instagram photos also. But it's not available for Chrome, just Firefox I think.
