IG+CPA+Lead Tracking Help

Hey there, I need a bit of help.
While doing CPA with Landing Page+OGAds content locker, Is there any way to know which Instagram account is completing the CPA offers to unlock the locker?
I just wanna know which Instagram user is unlocking the locker completing the offers.
I can pass them to a lender after completing their offers where they may submit their IG Ids But the problem is if one user submits multiple ids, suppose 10 or 100 IG Ids then this won't serve the purpose.

I don't wanna collect fake/spamming leads. Just want them who completed the offers.

What do you need their ids for.

Do you want to send them the actual thing that you promised after they complete your offers or what?
