when i try to register on last step when i click submit this error comes

Cannot read property '0' of undefined

can some one please tell me how to fix this error or any kind person who can give me maxbounty please

Reach out to their support and let them know. Try a different browser maybe. MaxBounty is a reputable CPA network so I don't think they should be having these kinda issues. Maybe a browser or cache issue.

This could be an IP issue.
Also
Maxbounty may not be accepting new affiliate from your region.

Try to clean the browser's cache memory, and as suggested above it can be an IP issue as well
