How To Scrape For Old(outdated) Wordpress Websites?

How do I scrape for wordpress website that have not updated their wordpress to the lastest version. Do I buy a database of websites? Or scrape google for sites?

Don't really have a clue how to go about this.

I want to find thousands of sites that are not updating their wordpress websites.

Scrapebox can do this pretty easily. Theres built in footprints for wordpress as well.

Theres a learning curve, so of you want the list asap, like right now, then builtwith is a good option. Although I've heard mix results about the accuracy.
 
okay cool. But do I need to provide Scrapebox with a huge list of websites for them to check which ones are older version wordpress so can it scrape google for sites?

You need to figure out footprint(s) first and then once you can accurately find what you are looking for in the SERPs, then use Scrapebox or another scraping tool to automate it.
 
Gotchu. Thanks a bunch. I am looking into scrape box right now but publicwww does look kinda what I basically need.

Manually find the right footprints, then use Scrapebox.
 
Scrapebox can do this. You can scrape mobile responsive websites and contact the websites which are not mobile responsive & offer an upgrade.
