i have a cold email system where I can send 3000 emails a month and can scale later on.

but I don't know what to sell,

any ideas?

Ensure your emails provide value to your recipients. This could be in the form of useful information, exclusive offers, or discounts.

i asked for what to sell using cold email outreach

not how to write emails.

A huge part of this decision would depend on how you built your email list. What were they interested in? Did you attract them with a lead magnet? What is their niche?

Once you get your lead with web scraping, the source of your leads is where your answer is.

Then you will ask what were these guys doing on the platform where I had scraped them from? What is the niche those platform and what could they possibly be selling to these leads or what would the competitors of these leads possibly sell to these guys?

There is your answer.

go ask some proxy providers - the most marketing - advanced niche nowadays here..

Why not find some companies to cooperate with?

If you don't have your own product or service, you can start drop servicing. It's similar to the drop shipping business model but for B2B services.

You'll need to find a service that is in high demand and solves a real painful business problem, and find a reliable service supplier.

How do you get passed the CAN-SPAM Law?

The United States has a very nasty law against mass mailing if you don't have an existing business relationship with the people you're cold emailing.

Do you have an unsubscribed link with your emails?

Do you provide real information?

You can send 3000 emails a month, but it's gonna be hard to find advertisers that are willing to take the legal risk of possibly paying hundreds of dollars in fines per email — The FTC fines.

I don't mean to be a joykiller here.

But for your sake, I might want to consider the legalities.

I suppose there is a way to use a cold email and turn it into a warm email, but it takes quite a number of steps.

CAN-SPAM is still an issue unless, of course, these are businesses you are hitting

These days demands for cold emails are high and as a result there is shortage in supplies for quality profiles.
There are plenty of options like you can create own database for google review system and even u can sale mails.

The recipient doesn't have to have consent to cold email, but yes, you definitely do have to follow CAN-SPAM. Basic summary below:
  • Accurate headers and subject lines. No "URGENT" or "RE: our conversation" shit like that.
  • Clear identification as an ad (if applicable). This is a bit more subjective, but definitely want to make it known that you're selling something.
  • A valid physical address. I don't think anyone's been busted for this tbh, but it is technically a requirement. Just put it in your footer.
  • An easy opt-out mechanism. Can be a link, can be a "reply with 'no thank you' to opt out" etc etc. Link is best.
  • Promptly honoring unsubscribe requests. 10 days is I think the maximum, but I also just have a "stop on response" action in my system so whatever they say, they're removed from the campaign. A trigger link is best too though, they click, they get put in DND. That's what I do.

You can promote other companies' products and earn commissions through your links.

Maybe you can think about physical products that you can use your email marketing to find the right supply chain.

3000 mails sent is very less number. It will be very hard to make any money with it.

You have 4,000 emails that can be sent. It can provide potential customer services for enterprises. Many enterprises do not have so many to send.

First off, build a targeted email list. Focus on people who would actually be interested in what you’re offering—nobody likes junk mail!

Next, craft killer email content. Make it personal, offer real value, and always include a clear call to action. You want them to click, not just read!

Don’t forget to test your campaigns and track the results

Looking for someone to run one campaign, about 600 email addresses and 3-4 follow ups. I have the list and the copy. Please let me know.

Thanks
