If you're asking this question then don't. You don't write that in HTML, you need a language like PHP to do logins.
If you don't know how to program then use an existing system such as WordPress.

Even if you do know how to program, unless you're doing it to learn, don't write your own authentication/authorisation system, use a Framework that provides it, they will have been developed by people who know what they're doing (reputable ones anyway) and will have been tested for normal attacks like SQL Injection or XSS.

Sir I want to create in blogspot website
 
You need atleast HTML and PHP, i recommend Laravel (Framework).
If you dont know how to develop i suggest to use Wordpress or hire a freelancer.

Blogspot is the worst way to create a membership site... although you can do a little tweak to make this possible: invitations based system. This won't be automated and you will have to moderate all entries, but this is the nearest option to a membership site you will find in this platform

I suggest you a search PHP learning sites it help you to cover your flaws and increase your confidence.
