Having Problems With Maxbounty Offers With SSL Error Protocol Any Ideas?

Hi I'm wilson and new here. I want to promote a cpl offer for dove. The dove product offer link is USA based and I'm from the USA. I wanted to check if the link works.
However, each time I open the link it says SSL protocol error and link not secure. I tried a different product offer and it says in red connection issue.

I wanted to make sure that the product I promote won't have broken links or stupid errors so I don't waste time.

What should I do?

I contacted my AM. I will let u know what happens. Maybe it just my computer. I run bitdefender, but I disable bitdefender antivirus protection and same thing.

I talk to AM and she told me is either adblocker or a/v (Antivirus) restriction. I always log in on maxbounty without adblocker. Not sure where I would go to disable on settings for both windows and bitdefenders.
