I just found out this website called Pingler which lets you rank your website and bring traffic for free. Is it good? Does it violate any Adsense/Blogger rules? Here is the link: https://pingler.com/

It is a pinger, it isn't anything special.
Can be useful if your site is new. It just notifies various sites that you have new content.

LoL have been using it for aprox 8 years ago. It is good to get Google search / index your site.. but I believe this is not required any longer!

As above, nothing special. So many of these out there. If you use WordPress it's built in anyway

there are plenty of it ....... they don't rank you page.

Yeah I second that. Pingler is an old school method that is pretty much optional or obsolete now.
