Handpicked custom content locker

I want to make newly launched exclusive-hyped movie download site with content locker.

Problem- need very very user friendly landing page and handpicked cpa offers from every network,
so that everyone can complete the offer easily and get his things (99% conversion, nobody can go with empty hand)

Suggest me your opinion, how i can do this

I guess you'll have to pick them by hand

But if it's a custom made content locker, then you could have 'back-up' offers that you have made yourself, like sign up with email for some client you have arranged by yourself.

I'd say redirect the users that complete the content locker to an actual website that goes to the movie.
