It depends on the quantity. If the quantity is small, it doesn't matter at all, it's good if someone clicks on that comment. But if the quantity is hundreds or thousands, it will be different, FB will know if you are spamming or not.

If you do it that way, it will annoy viewers and you may be banned by the group admin for spamming too many external links. I think you should still do it the traditional way, which is running ads. It only costs a little money but it is effective and long-lasting.
