You should not do that, it is very easy to get your account locked

Hey! Yep, it does. But this is rather good for eCommrce (IMHO). And, of course, no copy-paste. Like with any commenting...

Yes, it’s possible, but it might not be the most effective method. A tip I can share with you is to comment on the link under posts that are related to the link.

It's possible, but you should avoid duplicates because then it will become spam and you will be banned

don't use your main domain, use some other domain or use link redirection such as URL shortener which is yet not banned in FB

Doing repeatedly will lead to a ban from facebook, atleast work in inbound way and try to solve problem of users and then concert them to real clients.

That would be great if you have a lot of free time to do them. Can use autoresponders and include lead ads.
