Posting the link in the comments section of the Facebook group post can help increase traffic, but its effectiveness may not be as high as expected, posting too much can be considered spam

Yes, and if you do it right, with the correct approach, and mindset in content promotion, If you are essentially conducting SMM / Social media marketing already, which on its own is a good marketing method in driving initial traffic and relevancy build up to your site/market/platform
