Posting links or links to external websites can easily get banned. I see them often using shortened links to post or comment.

Posting too many links in comments can be flagged as spam, resulting in your account being banned. While it may initially increase traffic, the risk is not worth it

Maybe but if you comment too much, Facebook will be spammed so you should limit posting many comments for one article.

Better to create and build your own groups then share directly to them. Sharing link in the comments section of other groups will get you banned in no time.

You must have a tool to spam. If you do it manually, it is almost impossible to get traffic from this way.
