I use Atomic Email currently. I like the email verifier that is included. It greatly reduces your bounce rate.
There aren't really any free options that will do high volume sending. I'm in the process of building an SaaS product that is geared towards cold email campaigns. It's not ready yet but even when finished it will not have all the features of Sendblaster or Atomic Email Studio.
I looked at Sendblaster but I ultimately chose Atomic because of the black friday special (2016) and because of the verification feature.
I use Amazon SES, Mailgun, and Sendgrid for SMTP. Whichever option you choose, you'll likely need to provide your own SMTP service.

Thank you so much for you brief reply.
I'm new to email marketing and I really want to learn it from the ground because I know that how much important it is to engage and communicate with your traffic.
I collected lot of emails from landing pages and now it's time to feed them up with some niche offers they indicated me via landing page options.
I know I'm not doing it in correct way but I'm doing it in step wise and I wan't to try my style.
Let me know if you can suggest and tell me some more about it.
