But free traffic strategy you have nothing to lose when sometging goes wrong and you can optimize the type of postings and niches that convert more.

in paid traffic you have to spend a lot of time planning to avoid potential losses and even with all that planning you will probably lose money.

Why should I want to sell the list? If I sell the list it will become saturated with spam in few weeks. I don't want that obviously

Yes 20% of them are aged domains.
I use Semrush to filter, analyse the traffic and keywords, etc. So I'm sure this list is gold for me but I don't want to sell it.

Yes I did that. The filter part was more hard. Some websites has no traffic or no authority backlinks regardless have a great design. So I had to use Semrush and other tools to filter a lot of websites after harvest them.
