Since 2017 Im doing exactly the opposite what he's teaching or saying. At the same time, on two of my sites, Im doing 101% what he tells to do. Guess what? Im doing waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better betting against Patel's know-how. You can argue that my main niche (adult content) may look like a total mess for Google but anyway. Some of my best rankings are pure BH and no G algo changes seems to shake the boat!

Only Hummingbird put some dents but it was really minor dents and very quick I was able to fix the issues. Removing some excessive H2 and H3 paid off.

I would love your input. Do you trust Patel's guidance? Also, pretty important to highlight that one of my money sites focus a classic rock band; not escorts or cam girls and Im doing fine playing those good old BH techniques.

Again, what's your thoughts about his work?

Today I'm going to share with you one simple trick to grow by 806%... *insert 9000 words of absolute garbage content*. So there you have it, if you want more traffic, you should publish regular content.

No doubt he's been successful, but he just repackages SEO 101 into long-form content that goes around in circles.

Can you describe some of the opposite techniques you are using? PM if you'd rather not post it

No problem at all! KW stuffing. Specially for first and second paragraphs. Recycling content from expired domains just adding a new first paragraph, buying expired domains with good DA/PA and 301 them... and posting content +800 words every 2/3 days. I take almost 90% of my content from expired domains using wayback machine. For my adult sites I upload a lot of content to xvideos and for other niches, YT.

Having the same titles would risk some duplicate content (posts and videos having the same titles and descriptions using 1st paragraph) according to Patel's view. Not at all, it's working just fine.

Since I am not into SEO, I do not know that guy, but since it is most likely some sort of guru you can always ask yourself the question:

Why does he spend the time teaching idiots if his knowledge would work in the private field?

Most of the people that teach failed to do it themselves and try to salvage the time invested. For some of them, it then starts to turn into a profession.

People asked me for paid consulting on Instagram and their operations a lot, but it would not make any sense to do that.

NP is just "Fake it till you make it" fooling noobs to sell his basic guidance.
I know hard core SEO's and he is not one of them.

whats the point trusting or not trusting him or anyone providing information like seo stuffs, apply the damn information him or anyone gives, does not work or you think it wont work because you know it. Fuck it apply something else. why so much drama ?

If everyone follows it and finds his stuffs does not work, the bullshit will die natural death. Someone said bullshit can get you to the top but cant keep you there.

I'm not neil patel's fans but i really don't understand why you guys bashing him since he is richer and far more success than us here. So i'm sure he knows better than us on marketing.

His blog get a LOT of traffic and also ranks for many tough keywords so i think he know what he is doing.

Just because OP try to follow neil's way, it doesn't mean OP does the exact thing.

Is there a reason you are implying that everyone in this thread is less successful than him?

OP was asking about his SEO skills and not about how good he can sell his persona! Those are two really different things.

Neil knows about SEO. He is just doing SEO differently than most of us here.

Just like i said, his blog ranks for many tough keywords. Do you think that's a coincidence?
