They won't ask anything normally. You're supposed to fill out the payment info, which is needed for them to pay you. Submit any W8/W9 tax forms if needed. When the payment is due and you reached the threshold, they will check your leads and if everything is in order, they will pay you.
how they will check the leads ?
how will they know if its legal or not ?

They have antifraud system in place with proxy databases and what not.
