i want to know when my minimum payout reached what type of questions these two networks will ask me ?
and if they will surely do it or not ?

They won't ask anything normally. You're supposed to fill out the payment info, which is needed for them to pay you. Submit any W8/W9 tax forms if needed. When the payment is due and you reached the threshold, they will check your leads and if everything is in order, they will pay you.
