a few hours ago, I tried to join CPABuild, and after some hours, I received this:

cpa.jpg

I do not know why they Declined my request. I am using my real info, and for other important forms, I filed like this:

Where did you hear about us?
blackhatworld.com

Promotional methods/traffic sources:
Instagram: I use the right hashtags with low competitors to rank and attract active leads. And of course, some other methods too.

Facebook ads: if I find an offer with a good EPC that converts, then I will promote that offer using the facebook ads.

Website(s):
I have many instagram pages, but I gave them (CPABuild) the one that I can use for cpa. It is an old page with 42 posts and around 200 followers. The last time I posted on this page was around two years ago.

By the way, for the phone number, I used a google voice number. The google voices location is the same as my ip address location.

If you use VPN or proxy
They reject 100%

There are other content locking networks like Ogads, Adworkmedia etc.

Not the end of the world really
I have that internet marketing experience (9 years), but I never worked in the cpa networks.

There couldn’t be a more vague answer than this.

There shouldn’t be an “if I find” in there. The offers aren’t going to change. They’re probably more interested in knowing if you’ll be able to adapt your ad campaigns to fit the offers that are already present.

Instagram pages aren’t what they’re looking for when they’re asking for your websites. Even so, you decided to show a page with 200 followers and last activity two years ago. Get a proper website.

So, which is it?

Why vague?
I wrote just a portion of what I do get the traffic. Should I write the whole method? LOL

even if I try to write more, I can’t because there are some words limitations there.

I know what a website is! But at the time I had only that page. I heard you need to show them your online presence, so show what you can.
So, which is it?
I use that google voice number for my business. I am not sure if they are that sensitive to the virtual numbers.

This part of the application ruined your chances to get approved. You should add clear details to make them understand that you know what you're doing. I'll give you some examples for multiple test cases.

Website:
I have the website "www. domain. com" in game niche. I'm currently getting 2k/day traffic. I'll promote content lockers using banners.

Social media:
I have a Facebook page "facebook.com/fortnitevbuckspro" with over 2k followers and good engagement. I'll promote content lockers through my page.

You can add additional statements like "I'm trying Google Sites parasites and ranked a few of them." (Note that trying/hoping to/if/but etc. can only be added when you already have existing properties and you want to scale with other methods.)

In your case, you have shown an abandoned IG page and not confident about Facebook ads. Your application could've been accepted if you said that you have 2 years experience of running fb blackhat ads and you want to promote some offers through fb ads and your landing pages. You need a strategy and confidence to get approved.

The way cpa network works from my knowledge is at the beginning they are relax. Ad as the people started joining the network and if the network started getting positive rol, they position themself towards picking the new marketers they want from the data they have generated. It's like a feedback loop more data more options to fine tune there approval process higher the rol.
Some of the cpa network can shave the revenue from cpa marketer , may be randomly may be strategically or driven by some algo. They also have enough revenue so the can pretty much contol their image and negative reviews etc from publisher who are mad at them.
It's only fair as lot of publishers voilate thier tos. Some of them are out right scammers.
Their tos like these:
Not allowed
- spam traffic;
- brand bidding;
- incent traffic
- unwanted messages
- comments
- private messages
- uploading videos to adult websites

Honestly if you follow their tos to the t you are left with paid ads and seo traffic.
I am telling this in general not in perticular to any cpa.
What I would do if I am in your place?
1) do some research about a cpa network like how old they are , shaving, payouts , find genuine negative reviews , get as much data as possible , most resent info.
There are some site, forums, facebook etc where you can get all this info
2) learn how to apply
3) Apply for about 10 cpa networks atleast after you qualify them in step 1.

I have confidence, and I can write a book about my experience in internet marketing, but there is a sort of word limitation in the traffic source form that didn’t let me write more.

But in general, I appreciate your advice, and I will use it for sure.
