Copyright and Uploading from other sites

Hello,

If I upload a video that is on another site like TMZ or Vimeo. Do youtube SEO maybe add a white Instagram bar at the top or some emojis?
Can I still get hit with the copyright infringement charge?
I take the video cut out the watermark maybe edit it a little as I said over there. And upload it to Youtube.
How fast is my channel gonna get plugged?

I tried with method, videos are not getting high views with complete SEO. Daily 50 to 70 views per day
 
Your channel will get plugged pretty fast, then you will be sent to jail and your butt will experience the same fate of getting plugged
 
Yes, you will be shut down very quick. Ask yourself this: If you were an honest hard working video creator and someone else was stealing your content and re-uploading and profiting, how would that make you feel? :suspicious:
 
It`s just viral content posted in order to be shared. I`m just putting in on youtube instead of sharing it on social media. Also, modifiying it a little in order to POP OUT some more. Is that still violating Youtube policy?
