Copyright and Uploading from other sites

If I upload a video that is on another site like TMZ or Vimeo. Do youtube SEO maybe add a white Instagram bar at the top or some emojis?
Can I still get hit with the copyright infringement charge?
I take the video cut out the watermark maybe edit it a little as I said over there. And upload it to Youtube.
How fast is my channel gonna get plugged?

It`s just viral content posted in order to be shared. I`m just putting in on youtube instead of sharing it on social media. Also, modifiying it a little in order to POP OUT some more. Is that still violating Youtube policy?
