content locker redirecting problem

Friends ... I have an account in cpabuild, and cpagrip but I face the same problem concerning redirecting the user after that he finishes the survey to another page on my website ... when I try it my self and complete the survey when I reach the calculating score page the loader stucks there and dont show the finsh button, and when I refresh it it shows the button but when I click it it doesn't rederict me to the page it was supposed to redirect , instead, it asks me if I want to pass another survey.
