I am focus on CPA Affiliate. it's been almost 2 days that my ad has been approved but there has been no broadcast. are there any special tricks to speed up the delivery. I am very confused about what is wrong with this.

Wait for 3-4 days. Maybe your account is under manual review. You might know that only when you called google ads executive. There is no such warning anymore.

Go to Ads Exstension, hover over the 'score' and see if there is ' You ad is not showing, we can not determine why' - It is prolly the new review system they have, it lasts some days untill they eventully ban You or let You run the campaign. As far as I have been checking it is mainly affected by payment check upon new accounts.
