No scraping tools used, we would just manually check links from competitors using Ahref(Used at our office, we did not buy it ;). So Our story started in 2018 and back then we could really find forums and article submission sites that would still give do-follow. So i guess that helped.

if i were to start today, I think i would do something else than just forums

I would write the guestposts myself since it was my first site that was earning anything. I just wanted to keep the cost as less as possible. Also back then, I had all the time

However, I remember i wrote GP on 5 diff. topics and later used word spinner so that content could later be used for web2.0s

My opening sentence for the wrong keyword article was "You have mistyped this________ and the correct version is _______(Interlinked to the correct kw), However here are few things to know before you jump in....."

We can write content about anything as far as there are people searching for it ;)

I laughed at that chrome extension part tho..what would be the worst if it outrank your Main keyword. Lmao :eek:

Now coming back to the point,

I got 2 questions for you tho:

1> Who created the video because I am stuck at video creation & looking for some legit deal.

2> Is Ezoic premium worth it? I am currently talking to my manager regarding the upgrade.

was the misspelled word a brand name? IMO google understands the correct word if you misspelled a generic word.

Sure, 1) We created video using a screenrecorder since it required us to just show few things related to the keyword. It was very simple 5 minutes non-scripted video
2) Yes, Ezoic Premium is worth it, though unsure if they are giving it away very easily since its an invite only thing. But yes definitely worth is for any site that does 100k traffic a month.
