If you run too many accounts on one IP (depending on the IP) or use automation beyond posting, that'll probably be an issue.

1. Keep a small random gap between scheduled posts (Buffer can vary times slightly).
2. Don’t post the same link or text across all accounts — rephrase or change captions.
3. Mix in non-link content: polls, questions, or image posts.
4. Avoid posting more than ~50 tweets/day/account total (including replies).
5. Make sure each account has its own profile, niche, and follower behavior.

Nah, you won’t get banned just for using Buffer, it’s safe and made for that. Just don’t spam identical posts across all your accounts or post too often in a short time. Mix up captions, timing, and links a bit, and you’ll be fine.

I don't think you'd necessarily want to go for cheap when it comes to these things or you just risk getting flagged into oblivion. You might find reasonable options here though, either post on the Want to Buy about it: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/
Or check around the Marketplace for good proxies at a price that's not too bad. You'll maybe want quality residential ones (mobile proxies perhaps but those are on the pricier side, you get what you pay for though).

Alternatively, you could scale down or group accounts by activity type or some such just so you’re not running all nine off one connection at once. Bit of a tradeoff between cost and risk, but should some with account longevity.
