Can using Buffer get me banned on X?

I have multiple accounts on X, and I’m thinking about using Buffer to schedule posts for 7 days.
Will that get me banned?

I plan to post 3 times a day at different times
some posts include links, and some have CTAs like "check link in bio"

Some big KOL are using buffer without any risks so i think u should be fine unless your accounts aren't that trustworthy

It'll probably be fine. Like, isn't Buffer an official partner tool for X or something? Assuming it's used as intended, I'd say no issues there and I say that because I can imagine how it's use could make your operations a bit riskier. If you run too many accounts on one IP (depending on the IP) or use automation beyond posting, that'll probably be an issue.

yeah about running many accounts on one IP, unfortunately i do that and i know it's risky because i can't find a cheap residential proxy "idk if there's something called cheap residential proxy"
I'm running about 9 accounts and somehow everything works fine so far but i can't afford 9 residential proxies at this moment
so if there's a Good alternative that you know please lemme know or if you know where i can find cheap residential proxies it will be great

1. Keep a small random gap between scheduled posts (Buffer can vary times slightly).
2. Don’t post the same link or text across all accounts — rephrase or change captions.
3. Mix in non-link content: polls, questions, or image posts.
4. Avoid posting more than ~50 tweets/day/account total (including replies).
5. Make sure each account has its own profile, niche, and follower behavior.

Nah, you won’t get banned just for using Buffer, it’s safe and made for that. Just don’t spam identical posts across all your accounts or post too often in a short time. Mix up captions, timing, and links a bit, and you’ll be fine.

9 is around the riskier end in my book, good that it's fine so far though.
I don't think you'd necessarily want to go for cheap when it comes to these things or you just risk getting flagged into oblivion. You might find reasonable options here though, either post on the Want to Buy about it: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/
Or check around the Marketplace for good proxies at a price that's not too bad. You'll maybe want quality residential ones (mobile proxies perhaps but those are on the pricier side, you get what you pay for though).

Alternatively, you could scale down or group accounts by activity type or some such just so you’re not running all nine off one connection at once. Bit of a tradeoff between cost and risk, but should some with account longevity.

Also, avoid posting too aggressively right away; let the accounts warm up a bit. Three posts a day is perfectly reasonable

Should be fine as long as you don’t go spammy. The risk only comes if your accounts look automated or post identical stuff across all profiles at once.
