Can Spin Content Win?

I would say generally its going to be a bad idea using spun content on any site that you want to last long term. Its going to put the site at risk when it comes to ranking and also its going to reduce the conversion rates of any traffic that you bring to the site, so why bother?

What you could do is spin your content and then manually rewrite it afterwards - that way you get a head start but you are still making the content high quality and valuable.

Or better still, save the spinning for the lower tiers.

I think it does for specific SEO but in the long run, it won't. Quality content is always best for a site unfortunately.

Spun content is a terrible idea. It is always obvious and will do nothing for your site.

Well it is tough. It depends on the quality of both the contents and their SEO practices.
